Ivy League - The prestigious US Universities

The Ivy League, formally founded in 1954, with the aim to promote inter-collegiate athletics , consists of eight US Universities. They are as follows:

Harvard University, MAYale University, CT
Princeton University, NJBrown University, RI
Columbia University, NY
Dartmouth College, NH
Cornell University, NYUniversity of Pennsylvania, PAThe co-operation between the Ivies is limited to athletics, and inter-collegiate events in athletics. There is no formal joint admissions or financial aid policy. Each institution decides its policy for itself, and is modified from time to time. However, they all have similar admissions criteria and application deadlines. It is absolutely essential that the applicants check with each university admission office in detail before applying.Posted byEdCIRCat12:52 PM
